You have one CK Username and Password for your Volunteer Account.

You're in currently in Hotpot, our intranet app. Your Volunteer Account is held in Hotplate which is our volunteer management system, so we need to transfer you over to Hotplate to reset your password.

Once you reset your password through it can take around 15 minutes before Hotpot recognises your new password, so maybe get a drink while you're waiting.

Your CK Username is normally your first name (e.g. andrea), or your first name and a number (e.g. gerald23).
