====== Reset your password ======

You have one CK Username and Password for your Volunteer Account.

You're in currently in Hotpot, our intranet app.  Your Volunteer Account is held in **Hotplate** which is our volunteer management system, so we'll need to transfer you over to Hotplate to reset your password.

Once you reset your password through it can take around **15 minutes** before Hotpot recognises your new password, so maybe get a coffee while you're waiting.

You will need CK Username or the email address you registered with when you signed up as a volunteer.  Your CK Username is normally your first name (e.g. andrea) and there may be number afterwards (e.g. gerald23).
