You have one password for your CK Volunteer Account and it works with both Hotpot and Hotplate.

Hotplate holds all personal data so your user account is managed by Hotplate (this is Hotpot).

When you reset your password through it can take around 15 minutes before Hotpot recognises your new password.

Your username will be the name you are know as (e.g. rob), or your first name and a number (e.g. andrea7).
