We've now moved to a single account for volunteers.

You need to jump over to our Little Local Directory App (LLDAP) which will allow you to reset your password. If you've lost access to your email address and need to change that too, please contact us directly to get your account fully reset (you'll have to do this physically in person).

You will need either your username or your personal email address to reset your password - just follow the link. If you have a ckglos email address you can't use that for your volunteer account.

One the password reset is complete, it can take up to 10 minutes for your password to sync across our systems, but you don't need to wait if you want to give it a try earlier!
