You have one password for your CK Volunteer Account for both Hotpot and Hotplate.

Hotplate holds all personal data so your user account is managed by Hotplate (this is Hotpot).

When you reset your password through it can take around 15 minutes before Hotpot recognises your new password.

Your username will be the first name that people generally call you (e.g. andrea), or your first name and a number (e.g. gerald23).
