You have one CK Username and Password for your Volunteer Account.
You're in currently in Hotpot, our intranet app. Your Volunteer Account is held in Hotplate which is our volunteer management system, so we'll need to transfer you over to Hotplate to reset your password.
Once you reset your password through it can take around 15 minutes before Hotpot recognises your new password, so maybe get a coffee while you're waiting.
You will need CK Username or the email address you registered with when you signed up as a volunteer. Your CK Username is normally your first name (e.g. andrea) and there may be number afterwards (e.g. gerald23).
Go to Hotplate to reset your password
If for some reason you're doing this in the middle of the night, it might not take effect until the morning.
